Refills
Most services include a refill window (shown on the service card). If your count drops within the refill period, message us with your order number and we'll top you back up at no cost.
Refunds
If we fail to start an order within the agreed timeframe and cannot deliver, you are entitled to a full refund. Partial delivery is refunded pro-rata for the undelivered portion.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once delivery has started. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel a pending order.
Non-refundable cases
- Drops occurring after the refill period.
- Loss due to your account being privated, deleted or banned by the platform.
- Incorrect link or username provided by you.
